Richard Getz is a hands-on, walk-the-property, know-the-building manager. A Maine Maritime Academy B.S. Marine Engineering and licensed Massachusetts General Contractor, he has the ability to see the current and potential building issues and design cost effective solutions for long term maintenance and imporvement.

Getz's interest in building management is a personal passion. His rolodex of contractors are among the best in the trades; he has sorted through, found the quality tradespersons and established 'come when I need you' relationships. Getz's contract negotiation skills are unsurpassed; his attention to detail and win-win negotiation skills have saved his clients more that $1.5M over the years.
